REFUND POLICY
Refunds are granted in accordance with the refund policy listed herein.
After the start date of studying, a refund may be made to the students taking into account:
• 25% of the total payment will be deducted after one month of the start date.
• 50% of the total payment will be deducted after two months of the start date.
• 75% of the total payment will be deducted after three months of the start date.
• The full amount will be deducted after four months of the start date.

Late activities submission and point improvement:
1- Midterms:
• If the student submits any of the module midterm one week late than the due date so
the student should pay 15 USD to consider it.
• If the student submits any of the module activities more than one week late so the
student will have to pay the late fees 25 USD/ per the class activity.
2- Exam/Project:
• If the student submits the (exam/project) 1 week late or less than the due date so
the student should pay 50 USD.
• If the student submits the (Exam/Project) more than 1 week (max. 2 weeks) than
the due date so the student should pay 100 USD.

3- Thesis:
• If the student submits the thesis 1 week late or less than the due date so the
student should pay 100 USD.
• If the student submits the thesis more than 1 week (by max. 2 weeks) late so the
student should pay 250 USD (The same fees is required for redo the thesis).
